Hi, unfortuantely that is the point of the site. The mystery behind it and why it originated etc... things will happen every so often on the site that may give clues or so forth about the ethics of it.
does the website look ok? Nothing looking out of place etc..?
cheers

Hey 1985fuller,
I love the layout mate. My only criticism would be the font choice.
Logo/Heading
------------------
Perhaps you should use a Sans Serif / Helvetica type of font. I just feel your choice font has too much going on. Given that your website has this clean no none-sense minimalist design, maybe so should the font.
And also I think the "Virtual Mysteria" should be more to the left so that it lines up with the border.
--------------------------------------------------
Overall a very interesting site. Good job.

The design is ok, very plain, personally not sure i could be that interested to return in two months as the site is, maybe some form of teaser, background image etc would be an idea. My concern is that people will not remember to return, perhaps you could have some way they add an email address and you tease them as time gets closer, strangely enough i do like the idea, i think a little more design some kind of background image faded in to the black background would add a little more intrigue.

Hi, many thanks for the feedback stn003 - email address is a good idea. What images where you thinking of having in the background?
I was thinking of leaving messages and cyrptic clues on the website every so often? (poss with the email announcement as well)
cheers

The teaser is ok, but I am a believer that content is king.
And, given that users are sort of ADD, what sort of thing will you give them as a reminder for them to come back?
Or, what mystery are you going to given them to allow them to possibly guess what the site is about?
You have some potential user newsletter stuff there you could utilize.
Maybe a social bar to encourage them to get others to guess?
