I own a domiclillary care agency and are looking for a Manager with experience in managing a home care agency. We supplying care for the elderly and disabled adults in their own homes. We already have an office and policies and procedures in place. We are looking for someone with good business acumen, the necessary skills and dedication to get the business focused as I have limited time to focus on this at the moment due to investing my time and money on a care home we are developing which I would like to merge togather by late next year.So am willing to give someone the opportunity to utilise it rather than me just putting it dormant as I have paid all this years fees and have insurance cover for the year and would rather keep it going than just let it sit idle.Want some one who can drive it and be a good at generating business in return will have a share of the profits, Ideal for someone who has the capabilities and know how but does not have the money or resources to invest as everything is in place website, phones, policies,procedures,crb online system, dom care software and so on.
