After failing miserably with a couple of websites, I am now considering starting a new one relating to offering holiday breaks etc. The income would be generated by affiliate links, adsense etc. However, when I searched on the Google keyword tool, I found that the competition is high for this niche. Even so, with holidays and travel being such a huge market, I am still wondering if there would be room for a new niche here.

What do you all think? Would I be wasting my time launching a new holiday site?
