I've designed and prototyped a great new product for childrens cycling and I could use some guidance about what to expect on pricing. What do UK retailers ask for as a percentage? When pitching to them, do you present your figures including or excluding VAT?

The manufacturing cost of my product is £4 per unit and the recommended retail price is £18.99
