I use Google Adwords and it can be quite effective but also expensive so I limit my daily amount so that i don't get a huge bill at the end of the month.
It is fairly easy to pick up the basics of SEO and there are quite a few forums dedicated to the subject. Basically you have to make your title and description count, have plenty of relevant keywords in the body text and Google just loves quality inbound links.
Your title is "Habanero Clothing" which is a bit of a waste. The most important keywords should come first which means that "Clothing by Habenero" will do you more good than your existing title. You should manage two or three more words too so make them count.
It's a cardinal sin in the SEO world but you don't even have a description. This is the bit that Google picks out to include in your page listing. You need a couple of lines of description starting with a keyword and including a couple more.
Next you need to look at the inward links to your site. You don't have that many and most of them are from here so you need to undertake a program of link exchanging to make your site seem more important to the Google spider. That in itself will increase your Google Page Rank which currently stands at zero.

Google rates the importance of a webpage partly by the number and quality of other websites that link to it. This can be through directories or other websites or even a discrete link partnering arrangement.
I use Link Partners at http://www.linkpartners.com/index.html to find suitable webites to link to. I have a fairly new website and am trying to build up it's Google presence via link exchanges. If you have a look at http://www.factoring-quote.co.uk/link_partners.htm you will see a page of websites that my site links to and each of those sites will also have a link to me.
Firstly you need to spend time looking at as many reasonable quality free website directories to get your site into. Things like county directories etc as they all count.
If you input your url into the Google search box it will come return details of the cache that it holds of your site plus details of the more important sites that link to you and you will see that most of the links to your site are from here or other forums.

To find good sites to link exchange with go to google and search for "add url your keyword/phrase". For example if your main key phrase is “mens clothing” search in google using the following search phrase – add url mens clothing
This will provide results of pages offering link exchanges and containing relevant content which the spiders like. Aim to only exchange with pages with a Google Page Rank of 3 and above (for info on finding a pages PR you will need the Google Toolbar - http://toolbar.google.com/)
For pay per click advertising you may want to try Overture as they cover the majority of other search engines – www.overture.com
For advice on search engine optimisation search in google for “SEO Forums” – there is loads of useful information out there.
Good luck!

Happy to help.
Another useful way of tracking down link exchanges is to assess which sites your competitors have exchanged with. To do this go to Google again and search using the following phrase -
link:www.yourcompetitorsdomainname.com
So for example if your competitor is www.startups.co.uk search Google for
link:www.startups.co.uk
Chances are the sites presented will be happy to exchange with you as well!
Happy hunting.
