I am looking for someone to build and maintain a website, and also create a brand for me. Suit someone with a strong web and traditional marketing background.

I want to offer an online platform for builders and contractors to offer their services, and leave the customer the ability to rate the contractor once work has been done. The builder will not meet the client until a quote has been provisionally accepted and will meet the client with me or a company rep present. We will be paid a commission of the value of works by the contractor, and possibly a membership.

In addition to the online marketing and seo needed, I will drive traffic to the site through mailshots and telemarketing.

I have a construction sales background and currently run a small extension building business in the west midlands/south west.

We will be looking for construction contracts for clients of £20k and upwards.

I want a working company director prepared to build/maintain the site and brand and assist in general marketing in exchange for equity in the company.

Commission Forecasts for the business are based upon previous sales made for another construction company,

Yr1 turnover £168k
Yr2 turnover £ 336k
Yr3 turnover £ 504k

I want to have the company trading by January if possible, and will look for a full time commitment once the company hits a pre agreed net profit.
