I am looking for 2 individuals to operate a pilot franchise in their area. The first 2 franchise will be offered at reduced rate to reflect the pilot nature of the operation.
Significant opportunities may be offer to the right individuals, a stake in the franchise business may be offered after the pilot or operating a management business with a newwork of your own franchisees

Re your comment, "The business model is unique, setting itself apart from other retail food outlets": how does your offer differ from that of, say, the Proper Pasty Company - see http://www.properpastyfranchise.co.uk/ - which has been trading for 12 years, has a number of shops and appears to be ahead of you in the quest to build a franchised chain? What's your USP that would make a potential franchisee select your business?
