Has anyone tried this programme successfully?
It seems a little implausible to me that in the age of e-mail and internet that one can make money simply by introducing trading parties?

I take it this is a B2B site similar to many others offering contact details for manufacturers in Asia for example. I sometimes use these sites to see if a product is available and use them to get a target price or average so I know what to aim for in terms of pricing when sourcing a product I have no experience with.
I agree it is almost as easy to do a search on the net, find a manufacturer, import and sell...end of story! I must however point out that this is sometimes a risk as just because a company has a flashy website this does not mean the quality is good or that the company exists as such. On most B2B sites they have gold members which are apparantly verified.....who knows! In my opinion having used various lead sites I have come to the conclusion verified means they have paid the money to become a member....correct me if I am wrong. There are good companies to be found simply using the net but beware, serious importers should visit the suppliers, for the sake of a few hundred pounds it is worth the trip.

Yes, I tried it about 15 years ago.
I received a book telling me how to trade/export/import and ship. Nothing that I could not have found at the local library or C of Comm.
In addition I received a monthly newsletter containing, I must admit, many international contacts requiring to buy or sell any amount of commodities. The only problem was that all the people I contacted (by fax in those days) not one responded.
A big waste of money - don't touch it!/p>

In my opinion...
This opportunity appear to be highly recommended but only by Wade or someone closely associated with Wade. I, stupidly, wasted a little over £200 and now have the dubious privilege of receiving details of numerous get-rich-quick schemes with each of the Wade periodic newsletter. Some years ago I spent a good deal of effort having my mailing details removed from various databases and and have now fallen foul of Wade and it's associated companies. Wade's course material doesn't contain anything which cannot be easily found elsewhere and very little has been updated to take account of the boom in Internet-based trade. The Wade forum is a waste of time.
My advice is tio steer well clear.
