As a serial investor I get 10's of business plans and early stage investment opportunities, most of which are not worth the paper they are printed on, however, about 2% are potentially very good. At the moment all of my cash is tied up in different investments and this got me thinking about starting a Venture Capital Fund.
I have worked as a a derivatives and equities broker dealing with High Net Worth's so I have a lot of contacts who could potentially invest. So I am extremely confident founding the investors won't be the hardest part.
All I need is either some advice or someone who could come on board as a partner who has the expertise and legal knowledge of how this fund could be structured and whether it should be a private LLC fund or a maybe AIM or Plus market floated fund.
This would allow me to free my time in order to concentrate on minimizing the risk associated with this type of investment for investors thus producing low risk with high returns.
Any advice on the best way for me to get this up and running legally would be extremely appreciated.

Thanks a lot,

If anyone is interested in being a partner please leave your name and email address and I will contact you.
