Games for Film Digital Innovation Contest, IC tomorrow as part of the UK's Technology Strategy Board
The contest is offering four funding grants of up to £25,000 for the development of prototypes which use games technology with film companies in new ways.
To enter, all that's required is a simple registration on _connect, a 2min YouTube video explaining your innovative Games idea, and a very short application form.

The Games for Film contest is looking for applications in under four challenges:
- Games to promote a theatrical release, supported by Lionsgate
- Games to promote a home entertainment release, supported by Lionsgate
- Games to promote the new British movie Spike Island, supported by the BFI
- Games to promote the new British movie Smash and Grab, supported by the BFI
This contest is a unique opportunity for UK games developers to access funding for the development of prototypes that use games technology in partnership with the film industry.
The deadline for the Games for Film contest has been extended to 12 noon Monday 8th October.
