I have a business which utilises an online website to show customers documents.
The back end includes professional scanners and servers to process and upload the documents.
We are charging just 30-40p per scanned document and a monthly fee of around £40-£120.
There are fees for collection / both electronic and physical.
My thoughts are.....
The software has been written by myself to include locational accounts (just a sub account) so that my company can be the main admin account, and any others can be sub accounts (they can only access their customers)
therefore my thinking is that i could set up franchises who would need to purchase a server (low cost) & scanner (again low cost) and use my software to run on the server (for uploading) and my current web site for the display of the data.
(hardware cost approx £1k)
I have no idea regardig franchises.
How to market, what to charge etc.
