Hi, I'm setting up the website for my online company but I have troubles in the Terms & Conditions part. Should I seek legal advice or is there a way I can write that on my own? I hope someone can really help. Thanks

I always recommend you have bespoke terms to avoid issues at a later date.
Paying fees up front saves you disputes and debt collection issues later
