I've been toying with this idea for a while now and would like to hear what you think. In a nut shell I know a lot of graffiti writers and street artists across Scotland and the UK and as such would like to start up an agency style business where by I represent these artists and get them interior and exterior work across the country. I take a cut (around 25%).
As part of this initial service I'll aim to work closely with councils to help reduce illegal graffiti across certain areas (it has been proven time and again that legal graffiti murals in certain areas does reduce illegal graffiti in those areas). This will also be used as a selling point to companies whose buildings suffer from illegal graffiti. I must note that I am not claiming to be able to eradicate illegal graffiti, merely reduce it. I will also offer a free touch up service if and when a piece is damaged.
Any thoughts, questions, ideas would really be appreciated.

Have you thought about your target audience? What kind of people/companies will be interested in using your services?
