Hi Lawrence As far as I am aware the customer has to complete an on-line form to agree to the terms of future pay. The customer from there can log into their account at anytime should they wish to cancel it or to change their card details. Future Pay allows you to take fixed regular payments and varable. Not sure how the varable works yet, but guessing that you can update the amount due each month. Hope that helps, if you require any further tips on 'getting on' with WorldPay shout up. The manual entering of details is so that you can take phone/postal orders for your products/services. A customer can call you and place an order over the phone and you enter their card details into the WP system. Via post, they can sign a declaration allowing you to debit your account. You'll see this kind of thing on any invoice that you pay via post by credit/debit card. WorldPay have an addional charge for this manual service (a one-off fee of £100), which is called World Access. Futurepay is a form of direct debit for credit cards (for want of a better explanation). You can set the amount you want deducted initially, and the amount you want deducted after that and when. So for example, you can charge a £20 setup fee, followed by monthly charges of £10 for the service you're offering. You will not be able to store credit card details offline because you won't have access to them unless your client actually gives them to you. Worldpay processes it automatically. They do have a service called WorldAccess which is simply a form on their site that you fill in if a client wants to phone their credit card details through. You then effectively fill in the payment form for them. One thing to bear in mind with Worldpay is that there is usually a 4 week (or more) delay before you get the money, as they hang on to it in case of chargebacks, queries etc. Once the ball starts rolling it's OK, but in the beginning you need to have some sort of backup cashflow in place to allow for it.
