Hi Dan
Have just joined the forum and saw your post, and earlier post, re the business writer. I have been involved in a number of succesful start-ups - developing business plans and presentations, formulating strategy, commercialisation, capital raising, risk management, regulatory matters and corporate governance.
My background (starting with most recent) is business consulting, private equity, dotcom commercial and strategy, investment banking.
I am currently looking at various business opportunities, it may be worth having a chat.
