Hi,
Does anyone know where I can obtain details (email address as a minimum) for new business startups, and or incorporations.
I thought companies house used to run a similar service a while back, but i cant find any information on it.

Adam, what kind of quality are we talking with regards to your new startup databases?
Are these targeted buyers within departments with actual full names, job titles and full postal / email addresses or just 'info@' etc?
