Hi All,
I need advice.
I want to become self employed.
I want to get all my business 100% from my former employer.
I was advised by someone that if I go "Sole Trader" route then all would be fine and no-one would get caught by IR35.
However my employer's accountant has said that "they" would get caught by IR35. Is this true, even though I would be a sole trader and therefore paying full tax.
If this is the case then can I go under an umbrella company, and roughly how much would that cost per month?
Many thanks in advance
Iain
