Hi, I've been a sole trader for 24 years making decorative metalwork, have recently secured a £300000.00+ contract in Dubai. I'm thinking of setting up a ltd company to deal with this project and similar for tax reasons, but would like to keep the sole tradership ticking over as well, as this is a different sphere of work. Can anyone see any problems occuring with this arrangement ?
