I'm currently in the process of assembling a team to help bring to market, initially in the UK, a simple but effective concept in ID verification for online users, using in-person licensed verifiers. It's a traditional approach to a very modern problem that's growing in intensity every day – that of online mistrust.

I'm an experienced serial entrepreneur with some huge successes (my start-up sold in 2000 in a multi million pound MBO) and the inevitable failures along the way!

I've had over 30 years in business, 10 years in the dating sector and have built two franchise networks with over 65 unit sales. The verifiers will be part of a new national franchise network, three of whom have already been appointed.

I previously employed 126 people but have a firm belief that the output and performance of participants is far greater if they have a genuine stake in the success of the venture, rather than working for a monthly pay cheque or even hourly freelance fee.

Consequently we're seeking to appoint a home-based, competent and visionary marketing expert in a revenue share partnership role only. He or she needs to be willing to commit a minimum number hours at the outset (more in due course) in order to hands-on create ongoing viral marketing campaigns through all forms of online social media.

We need someone who not only knows the 'mechanics' of social media but who is capable of generating ideas, creating content and implementing them.

Our initial investment will be search engine advertising, of which we have extensive experience, in order to seed an audience ready for the social network marketing.

Your marketing efforts need to be directly aimed at attracting consumers. Attract the consumers, get the social proof and the franchise recruitment is straightforward.

In exchange, we're willing to award a 20% revenue share from day one for the right person. Revenue streams would be both for consumer and franchise sales, as well as from the eventual exit sale.

The back-end and front-end systems are completed sufficiently to take to market, although they will be a continual work in progress.

Naturally, the questions will how much you believe in the concept, how much time you're able/willing to commit and whether you believe we're capable of succeeding.

In summary, I believe "if you don't try, you don't get". I'm very much a facilitator. I'm good at making things happen and provided we 'back the right horse' which I firmly believe this is, there's no reason why we can't make it hugely successful, for everyone's benefit.

If you're interested in working with us on this basis please PM for more details.

Thank you.
