Andrew
Your question requires two main considerations: what are you very good at and what do you want to do with your day? Those will point you in your direction. Just follow your nose to what you are most drawn to.
For your reference, I am an entrepreneur specialising in start-up and early-stage businesses, seeking ventures on which to offer incubation, business planning and investment. If you would like to talk about this venture, please feel free to contact me by phone or email. You can find out more about me at www.rudischogger.com.

I agree with Rudi, these are too very different ideas!
for a balance you could always start the cleaning business but then design all your own advertising?!
But in all seriousness, you need to weigh up a lot of interests and look at important factors such as what the market for each service is like in your area at the moment.
Good luck, have you had any more thoughts?
