Hi there,
I'm looking for a bit of advice from seasoned franchisees.
Basically we offer a variety of admin services which I think would be a good fit for franchises, but I'm not sure if these types of services are usually included in the franchise agreement, or if there's an option to include them or if it's just something you would need to sort yourself.
So:
- Does your franchise include back room office services such as marketing support, invoicing, credit control, call answering etc.?
- If so, is it part of the serviced deal or an optional extra?
- Who would be the best person to approach within the fanchise? Central/individual franchisee who can recommend our service to the master licensor?
