I'm also in the process of trying to sell my sites to concentrate fully on a new venture. I have three for sale in total with over £1,000 worth of stock at wholesale price. I've had a listing up on eBay now for the past week and have so far had no positive enquiries. I've tried to be as comprehensive as possible in the listing without going into every single detail. As you mentioned it is just full of get-rich-quick type schemes. Failing any interest in the next couple of days I'll try one of the other above mentioned sites.
