wow... if you sell them to end user, im not so sure how you're gonna find clients, it will need a lot of work.

why don't you sell them domain brokers anyway?

if i have domain x i could sell it to a domain broker for £500
If i have domain x i could sell it to and end user for £1500

point is a domain broker will pay less than a 3rd fpr a domain as he needs to find and end user to make money.

the first question is are they worth selling? its a tough market out ther for domain sales, if they contain the name of a company that existed before you registered the domain then they can take the domain off of you and if they dont contain a company name, who are you going to sell them too? if you have a list with prices I would be interested in taking a look to see if any are suitable for a business idea I have
