Hi, I'm in the very very first stages of thinking about setting up my own business. What I'd like to know is, when i worked as an Avon rep i was classed as self employed and if was up to me to register myself and my pay with the relevent authorities. If I'd like to have people working for me under similar conditions what legalities are there?
