We are developing financial administration software for small businesses and consultants. At present we have modest funding in place, the software is being developed and will be in beta-test within 2 weeks and have in place an aggressive strategic plan to further enhance our business.

My experience within this field is that I have been in the target arena for over 10 years and spotted a gap in the market that hasn't been fully fulfilled. While new and existing entrants are making headway I feel our application can prove better value for money whilst also providing a more comprehensive solution to the problem.

We require a sales and marketing director who will take a pro-active role in building client relationships, and actively carry out B2B sales in exchange for a stake in the company.

The software is taking advantage of an emerging market where growth is currently very strong and has excellent potential.
