That website is absolutely beautiful... It's hard to criticize.
I'm also excited because if I pay attention I'll get to see how long it took for google to index this link.
Upon looking, everything is perfect. I can't say anything else about that.
How will you differentiate? Or can you beat the big dogs (Priceline, etc.) to one of the bowls (niches in the market)? I don't know about the UK but the US market seems fairly saturated, so it would have to be a play on a specific marketing expertise.
I'd love to hear your answer! You've done a great job and you're on the right track.

@wikicfo - thanks for the kind comments
We certainly do have a USP, but are currently working on populating it before we launch it pre: summer trade. We certainly compete on price, which is the first hurdle! Its is 100% a me too business, and a saturated market means (sometimes) a healthy one, so there is without a doubt market share to be taken, brand loyalty is low and its price / google result driven!

Server speed, from what I have seen, is not one of the essential aspects of SEO.
Am I wrong? I'd love an answer...

Well it took me about 25 seconds to find an error, and I was not even looking for one.
Enter New York and dates of 3 March to 4 March click search. It accepts the search and shows a list. Then when you click New York USA, it says the date is in the past and cannot be searched! It says after first accepting the date from a drop down box, then displaying a list (ie two user actions) and then it says the date is wrong!
I read the comments above and I am painfully aware we live in an age where the colours and shades on a website control of the "professional" views even when sites are littered with errors.
After the first 25 seconds, and finding that error I gave up.
If you want a site that works, you need to test it.
