The vastly experienced team, headed by Nick Schwefel, have demonstrated considerable guts and determination to go it alone, all the while exuding a confidence that has stemmed from clearly identifying a market need from the outset. They have demonstrated a holistic business approach to recognising the critical success factors of buying, selling and location. The judges were impressed by the very clear plan for growth.
