I'm looking for high street, market, station or shopping centre retail space, ideally in London. Lock up/concession/kiosk or even sub-let space in an already trading shop to launch fantastic A1 food product. i only require 50ft minimum space (up to 300) to trade. would also consider strategic alliance opportunity with complementary business ie boost the trade/profit of existing sandwich store or coffee shop Architects plans, models, logos, financials available and tastings can be organised!
