Please don't resurrect old threads unless you have something new to add that is likely to benefit either the thread starter or the general community at large.

I have just deleted a number of posts all on the same topic, some of which were resurrecting threads nearly six years old and with the best will in the world the thread starter is likely to have solved his problem within that time scale which in many cases turns the most post into spam
