HI there.

I set up my company with my partner around three years ago (there was no capital investement from either side). Things appeared to be going well but over the years, my partner has involved me less and less in the financial side of things (he takes a lead on sales/finances and I manage the labour side). I have decided that I no longer want to be in this partnership and I wish to go back to being a sole-trader but we are currently in approximately £30 worth of debt (£15k with creditors and £15k bank loan). I don't wan't to run away from my financial responsibilities but my partner is keen to cary on as a Director by himself. What is the best way to do this? Cheers
