Hello. I'm just reviewing the T&C's for my web site. I intend to sell off the shelf and/or semi-bespoke web-sites via my web site which I think would come under the distance selling act. As I understand it (correct me if I'm wrong) under the distance selling act I must allow a customer 7 days to return the product for a refund without any given reason on the customer's part. As it is software that I sell this would mean that the customer could make a purchase, copy the software and then request a refund. Is this true?

Thanks in advance
John
