as a student i was looking for a low investment start up and so me and my friend thought we would take a shot at opening a hotdog stand at events.
does anyone know what permits we would need and licences to do with food preparation>?
i seems to be very profitable as the stock moves fast and deals in cash.
the last hotdog i bought from a music event cost me 4 euro and it was just a sausage in a bread with some onions an mustard but i was so hungry that i was more than prepared to pay the high price
any ideas or comments ?
