They say that you have about 10 seconds in whcih to catch the reader's attention otherwise they will just move onto the next site.
Unfortunately it takes a good deal longer than that to see what it is that you do as it's not immediately obvious and the eye is automatically drawn to an announcement about AT&T

Above the Announcements and Familly Run etc you really need to make it clear what you do. For example:
Providing (these systems and X services) to (businesses like this) since 1977
Or
We provide (these type of organisations) with (these systems and services)
Ideally in big bold text (not all caps) - to get visitors attention straight away.

Like the colour scheme design, classy.
I might be wrong be I think one too many fonts have been used on the homepage. There are three there maybe Forgive me if I am wrong. Saying that I do like the choice for the main heading buttons.
Was not clear what line of business you were in to begin within. This is easily solved by way of text of a striking visual. Does not matter how big the image is I think. All it needs to be is attractive enough to become the focal point of the user on entry to the website. In your case perhaps you could use 'relevant to you' text to be the visual.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Really sorry to be so blunt, as Ian J have said, normally when someone clicks on your website you need a design that catches there eye to keep on it to read the information I would really click off it again and start looking somewhere.
Pages in your header are completely messed up, I would consider putting them in some professional order. Also within your footer/copyright area move the blog down there as normally companies wont place there blog in there header normally there footer.
Again I am sorry for the bad comments.

I had to look around a bit to see what it was all about. There is perhaps too much about how long you have been in operation and how many generations of family are involved. It's okay to have a long running business, but a visitor wants to know what you are offering and it is not immediately clear. Language could be a bit snappier and more direct and have more urgency, so that the visitor actually wants to find out more. You also have a link to Products, but I didn't see any, just images and links to articles and I wasn't sure if you were selling products or directing visitors to external sites that are selling products.

I like the vision of the site, but I'm not sure about the usability. It would be better. I think it would be better if the titles at news page (http://www.wsystems.com/news/default.html) are clickable.

What do you think about news, like this - http://www.wsystems.com/news/digital-video-recorder.html?
Add more article to site?

To be frank. I don't like it much at all. It's not a good sign that your meta titles tell me more about what you do than your home page copy. Also it looks like the site was built in 2007 and hasn't been updated since.
