Overall, the site looks great. Still, I do have a few suggestions for you:
- the home page looks empty (actually, the left column); you can add in the bottom of the column one screenshot of the application with a link to "view more"
- the "key features" page contains too much text and no graphical elements. First I think that you should focus on benefits and not on features. Nobody purchases a software for it's features but for the benefits that software brings it.
- add some icons in the text and make it more easy to read; emphasize or bold important key phrases in the content, or divide the long pages into 2 sections.

I think your fonts need to be bigger and blacker to be easier to read. In successes I see where images should be but no images. I like that the navigation lets me know which page I am on all the time. Maybe you could find a nice relevant image to finish the left column. I liked your site!

I agree with the previous comments and although I have always said 'empty' space is great, with websites I think it is useful to have lots of sections with information.
You could start a blog and include a box on the front page with the latest posts or relevant industry information or include a graphical representation of how your system works so people can see visually exactly what it is
