Looking at your website and understanding that this is an ecommerce site I would say that you need to improve on the overal design and product photography. Since your website is the only thing that your visitors see, I would suggest to either invest in better looking template or if you have enough budget, contact an agency or a designer to help you out. I promise you that good design is very important for ecommerce websites.

Mikey,
I agree with Ilona, gotta improve the design of that otherwise you're gonna struggle to convert customers. Having said that, the product pages aren't bad. But the whole design just has that kinda templatey feel.
I'm guessing this is a homerun business, so maybe funds are tight, but I definitely reckon you can improve on that without spending an arm and a leg.
Maybe even look at using Magento as opposed to Open Cart? Theres some pretty good templates that do have that professional look to them freely available.
