i'm interested in the possibility of starting a coffee shop at my local train station, and i am wondering whether anyone else has any experience of this?
(regulations/red-tape/who to approach/how do i buy coffee etc?!)

Black Sheep,
First of all where abouts are you? and what is the station like?
Is their a unit empty or would you need a kiosk?

Hi there
I've looked into this a little. AMT run lots of coffee "stops" in stations. I understand each kiosk turns over 3-5k per day. If you've got a couple of weeks you can join up as a staff member and get 2 weeks paid training! Phone number's 0207 2999000.
Good luck!
