I AM RESEARCHING SETTING UP A LOCAL PROPERTY AUCTION IN MY AREA (I THINK IT IS HIGH TIME SOME ONE TOOK ON THE LAWYERS & ESTATE AGENTS WITH THEIR 'OFFERS OVER/CLOSED SHOP SCAM')
CAN ANY ONE GIVE ME SOME POINTERS IN RELATION TO WEB SITE & CONTRACT SET-UP AS I THINK I HAVE ALREADY COVERED THE MARKETING & SALES SIDE QUITE WELL!
I ALSO PLAN TO OFFER MY CUSTOMERS REDUCED SURVEY COSTS (DUE TO THE VOLUME THE COMPANY WILL RECEIVE) AND MORTGAGE ARRANGEMENT BY A VISITING CONSULTANT, BUT I HAVE STILL TO RECRUIT THE ABOVE PROFESSIONALS! (IF ANY ONE IS INTERESTED)
VERY MUCH APPRECIATED

DEREK.

This looks interesting can you email us direct with more information or submit a contact number to call you? We are setting up an online legal portal which will have low cost legal fees and financial offers as well as one to one legal advice in a range of areas.

HAve a look at Monty Burns with regards to the Mortgage side of things as he has already put a large amount of time and effort into this area and already has the route to market with the great benefit of you both linking to each other. Look at www.mortgagewatchdog.com
This guy has already got a great deal of clout within the financial markets and is a member of this site. Check his posts!!!
Cheers

suprised you have only a couple of takers so far, mortgage advisors and associated business is not known for shyness in coming forward. Perhaps if you put up a bit more info about what you want and stopped writing in capitals perhaps.....?

Dear Derek
I think you're idea is very intresting, we specialise in web sites and database design. We've got a standard estate agent system and auction system. We could put them both together to create what you need.
Please contact me on 0800 081 1890 or email sales@budgetwebdesign.biz
Best wishes

Are you going to offer auctions on line or just the properties and then advertise the auction dates? There seems to be no on line auction houses just sites offering the catalogue of the properties on line from what i can see.
