I am unable to get liability insurance for my product in North America, everywhere else except there. We're a web based business and my insurance company have advised that I put something in my terms and conditions, aimed at people buying from North America, about it being at their own risk but I don't feel thats good enough! Does anyone else have this problem? I'd like some guidance please. How can I control possible sales from America? Can I sell to them and have no comeback if the Terms and Conditions say its at their own risk?
