Hi, I am an independent agent for a private lending firm that offers self funding loans from 2 million to 1 billion. A percentage is placed in a leveraging fund that contributes to the repayment of the loan over a 12 year period. Equity by applicant should be a minimum of $250,000.00 to show commitment in their project.
We can also supply funding for smaller projects under 1 million pounds for UK applicants.
For details and an application form, please e-mail

Hi, As an independent agent for a private lending firm, I have access to arrange private lending with loans from 2 million to 1 billion. The loans are from 5 - 10 years and are interest only payable annually in arrears. Repayment of the loan can be from sale of business, later re-financing and/or further leverage.
Loans are available up to 90 % of requirement with the 10 % being a combination of tangible assets and cash. Minimum cash requirement is $350,000.00 up to $10 million of loan, $700,000 up to $250 million and then a minimum of $1.4 million for every $500 million borrowed.
This statement is a revision of the beginning statement. As of 20th April 2010

Hi Kevin,
could your partners be interested in shipping (shipowners) as partners or eventually give a loan of USD 1 mill against security in a vessel ?
Best regards

Hello Michael,
We do have sources for this type of finance where they will go into a JV agreement on the shipment.
We need an Executive Summary detailing the cargo, origin, destination, purchase price, sales price and method of final payment.
Generally cargo is paid for by a bank instrument which only pays out when cargo has been discharged at the port of delivery.
We will need to know how the money outlaid will be repaid.
We will not consider any vessels that have to navigate via Somalia !!!!!
I will send application and other document guides for your consideration through your e-mail address you have listed. Expect e-mail from info.privatefinance@googlemail.com

I would say that this person has never done business with us, otherwise he would be quite happy to be recommending us to everyone he knows. This is what is happening already.
We have had many loans go through already and some have come back for another loan.
We are a legitimate private lending firm and have no intention of scamming anyone.
You have no right spreading lies about something you have had no dealings with.
You have your right to free speech, as this is a free world to a certain degree, but you are well out of order here on this one.
However you may have been wronged by someone, but it wasn't us.

Also in reply to the above messages here is something to consider about what is on offer from banks and how our private funding compares with a typical loan option.
If you wanted to purchase a business in UK with a bank loan you will need a deposit varying between 25-35% so on a million pound hotel the deposit would be £300,000. In addition before you get the loan you would have to pay a valuation fee and at this level it would be around £1,500. Without the above commitment you will not get a loan.
Similarly we need to see cleared funds in the applicant’s bank this is to prove that they are real and they do intend to go ahead.
The funds are not used at all until a loan is activated. The loan offer is issued prior to any fees being charged and if and only if the applicant wants to proceed they pay the 40,000 euro’s fee.
We do have some completions but we do not release any details which are personal and private.
I can assure you that there are many loans above £250,000 and some organisations such as Handelsbanken will not even consider a loan below 1/2 million pounds.
For those reading this, if you need a large commercial loan, I would hope that you could see that our alternative method of borrowing will help you more financially than the normal bank route.
Thank you for your consideration and please visit our website and if you are interested in putting your business plan forward for consideration, please get in touch with us.

Hello Zak,
Thank you for your reply and yes I do understand your concern.
The firm I represent has connections with Middle Eastern oil money. They are a group of private lenders. With them we have started to show our loans are working.
The amount requested is for a promissory note to show commitment and often times the money never leaves the borrowers account. This amount is far less than what banks ask that the borrower come up with as their part of the payment. I don't know of many banks these days offering 100% financing and we don't either.
Here is our web address for your consideration.

The reason for my gmail account is that I work from home as an agent forwarding the applications. You can also e-mail me at: kevin@worldwidefunding.co.uk or info.privatefinance@googlemail.com
If you would like any further questions answered please e-mail me.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely

Hello Kevin,
Can you explain how this works:
"A percentage is placed in a leveraging fund that contributes to the repayment of the loan over a 12 year period"
Thanks
Oliver
RE: Private funding available for large commercial projects.
kevin0850 | 25/04/2010 11:11 PM
Hello Oliver,
It has taken me a while to answer your question because I have had some serious computer problems and have been off line for quite a few days now, and it has taken me a while to get round to all my communications. Due to PC's being less reliable, I have now moved to Mac computers.
Now, I will give you the answer as it has been told to me.
The percentage of the loan is based on the amount needed for the project. This amount is then put into an interest generating investment program which the interest gained is then put toward the payments of the loan. Depending on the interest generated, over a period of time, given 10-12 years the loan may be either greatly reduced or paid off.
If you care to visit: www.worldwidefunding.co.uk you may find some of the answers to further questions.
You have to think outside the normal banking practice for this one. It is a private lending firm and the more capital you have toward your project the better. The minimum is 250,000 USD/Euro. An example of one of our current projects that is being considered for a $300 Million loan, it has been suggested that the borrower have on deposite 1.25 million represents .004166 % equity depending on the current exchange rate.
If you are interested in a loan, please send us an executive report of your project, where it is located, the cost of your project, the business intentions to repay the loan, projected turnover, your own involvement and net worth, what percentage of your project do you have on deposit as commitment. Anything that would make your project attractive to the lenders as a worthwhile project.
Thank you for your patience in receiving an answer to your posting.
Regards
Kevin Green
P.S. Please contact me by the googlemail address. At this point, I have yet to re-set up the worldwide funding EM to receive mail yet.
