Hi Darren,
I am not sure from what point of view you are looking for in regards to your website, but I will try to have a go at highlighting the main areas you may want to consider looking at.
Firstly, you need to look at your website as an arm to selling your product.
Your website is your salesman ... and you need it to get your customers excited, grab their attention ... and ultimately do its job of selling your product.
This is where great copywriting comes in ... great copywriting & great design = sale.
Looking at your landing page, the first page of your site, it starts off with "welcome to ..."
This is one of the biggest mistake website owners make ... you are not a copywriter, your web designer is not a copywriter ... and ANYONE who has written copy that starts off with the word 'Welcome' has all the awe inspiring copywriting skill of a gnat.
In internet marketing terms ... this type of blundering and drivel is known as "WE, WE" talk.
Here is an example of WE, WE talk ...
Welcome to the ABC Company. We are one of the UK's biggest suppliers of X products and we are renowned for our great pride and quality. We aim to provide our customers with a service that we are proud of. We were founded in 1982 .... etc etc.
Still awake???
You want to provide your customer with what you can do for them ... NOT who or what you are.
Let me ask you a question, if your drain gets blocked are you interested in the technology behind how the rods fit into the drains, and how it has advanced through the ages ... or do you just want to get someone out and get the problem sorted?
Look through your site, you need inspiring headlines, catchy offers, why are you so different to any other company out there offering the same or similar service?
Can I ask how you are planning on advertising your website?
If from an SEO point of view, I very much doubt with the current site, using inline CSS, you will ever get any decent rankings. (You can see how messy the code is and needs cleaning up).
I could go on if its any help to you, but I really think you need to look at your market, and design a site that is going to appeal to your target base.
Hope I have been of some help.

If you want clean code go to W3C CSS checker, and HTML checker that will give you an idea of where CSS coding errors are. Cleaner coding can give you a better chance of obtaining a better ranking.
Look at using your titles, META tags, ALT tags, header tags within the coding. With cleaner coding and your site optimiased it will give you a better chance of being ranked for the keywords that pay within your niche.
Also look at widening the website it looks a little crammed to me. Not bad, just a little narrow.
HOpe this helps
