Love your domain name! I want to say a lot more 'nice' things to you but I can only really offer constructive critisism so sorry about this, but I'm trying to be positive.

Looking at your logo as an individual entity I would guess that you are something to do with domestic heating or energy supply.

Although your layout follows all of the rules, your web site looks like an adapted starter kit. It is quite unremarkable and doesn't impact upon me that you are in any way artistic.

Your portfolio is impressive, but if I were a prospective customer I would then look at your one testimonial, assume that the portfolio is just your personal bank of clip art and that you have only ever had one customer. That may not be enough to put me off, but couple that factor to everything else and it may be.

Finally, your English language and grammar leaves a lot to be desired and does you no favours. This is always enough to put me off. You say that you are UK based but I would doubt that looking at the English. There's quite a lot to say about it so I have left it off here, but I will offer further notes on that if you like. I'd suggest that you work hard on the rest before I do though.

Again, I mean you no ill will. I can't lie to you though.

I also have to second johns opinion on your logo. It does have an air of ambiguity, it is very difficult to tell that you are a logo designer. Also I can't but help think about "logitech". So yes definitely need to refine your logo perhaps, I'm sure you can do much better.

That form is one long form. I understand you want to gather as much information as possible. But maybe that sort of information is better exchanged through email? I certainly get put off by forms, maybe your clients too,

Thirdly

I think there is too much information and I doubt people will read it all. Instead I think you should showcase your logo's, because I think that is the deciding factor. People want to see what you can do not read about what you can do. So I feel you should have less writing and more "SHOWCASING YOUR WORK".

Finally

I think it is good to ask for what others think. And I am sure you will get new ideas and improve your website. And always remember you can't keep everyone happy.

The content needs to change I totally agree. I have a few ideas on how I can jazz my site up.

Hi like the others here i agree, i think it is very important when you are providing a form of design servcie that your own website grabs out and grabs your visitors attention and sells them on the idea that you are the one to design their logo.

I like the idea and again your portfolio looks good, i agree with beta2b that your logo doesn't really impact on who you are and doesn't necessarily associate to what you do.

Overall I'm very impressed. You have created a high impact front page which impresses that you are a professional and creative organisation. Your overall layout & color scheme is much much more 2012 than your previous 2003 look. Navigation is clear & easy. Your portfolio actually tells me about you as it should, I thought that the previous one was an understatement. You must have worked hard on it, well done.

Just one constructive comment - the design process page is way too long and wordy. I gave up at about half way through reading it. This is really more a matter of opinion though & others may say differently so son't just go on my words for that part.

You may get comments from others telling you that you shouldn't have used flash because it stops your seo working or because Google can't read it. This is a myth and that is not opinion - http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=72746#1. There are guidlines to it and looking at your code I can see that you are well within them.
