firstly let me introduce myself. My name is David, and I have an Internet marketing company called RankWarrior based in Carlisle, Cumbria.

I have taken a look at your site, and I think there are a few changes you could make that would increase your conversion and better your SEO.

Firstly a contact form is always PROVEN to work better if it is positioned on the right hand side as apposed to the left for english speaking countries.

There have been multiple tests done on this just google it.

You also don't have a strong enough headline. It's bold black arial all caps, and it doesn't stand out enough.

Your contact form should stand out more, as well as the call to action, experiment with different colours.

There is far too much of the red colour, not enough variation. You need to break this up a bit.

Have you considered hiring a copywriter?? The WORST sentance to start a site off with is 'welcome to ...'. I normally close these sites down in seconds!!

Think more about your target audience what they want to hear, what they are looking for etc.

As for SEO, there's a few changes you could make to have a much better impact on the search engines, message me if you want further details on this.

Considering all factors I would say your site design is good, it could be more if you could make some changes with using lots of colors. As per site's category I think using 2-3 colors only you can present it more effectively and yeah I would like to go with Rank Warrior's suggestion of changing the headline as it is very common and you should give a reason as to why buyers/customers should choose you.

I agree with both of the comments above but most definatley the contact us form it is simply where most people would expect to find a menu, and doesn't feel like it flows with the site.
