I wish I could give you more professional advice but i'm not a web designer so i don't know.

however one thing I would do is next to features support etc. i would add another category labeled prices and include a brief breakdown of what the two price brackets entail for easy comparison like.

the all have a breakdown of the services they offer for each price band on their front page. maybe you should consider that.

The site lacks content and structure if i am honest, the front page doesn't supply enough information to grab me, its very empty and plain. You really need to look at what your competitors offer in the way of a website and provide something similar of content, your site simply doesn't deliver if i am honest.
