I presently work in the construction/property development sector, but looking into starting an elderly care home or children's nursery business. I plan to construct a purpose built care home or nursery in the West Midlands, and ideally need a partner who is experienced in the care home or nursery sector to help set the business up.
Please post back if interested!!

Hi
If you are still interested in this venture, I could help. I am a highly qualified Nurse, I have extensive experience of senior management, I have also got experience of multi care home site management. Alongside this, I have a huge knowledge surrounding CSCI and all of the standards including building regulations and standards of care. I have even developed my own audit assessment tool in order to produce evidence of compliance with CSCI standards and my finger is on the pulse with regards to current trends with CSCI and of course best practice as standard.
I would be happy to share my intellectual property with you and would assist in taking the care home to a blue rating with CSCI (which means excellent) in order to increase your occupancy levels.
Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
Anyway, should you feel inclned, please do not hesitate to contact me at vixpascoe@yahoo.co.uk
Kind regards
Vicky
