A new brand partnership looks set to take the “monkey business” out of online start-ups’ stock and distribution.
Parcel Monkey has teamed up with arvato to launch Fulfillment by Parcel Monkey, an all-inclusive service managing parcel storage, postage and distribution.
Designed to save fast-growing e-commerce businesses time and money, the pay-as-you-go service provides a flexible, scalable solution that can adapt to peaks and troughs in a business’ sales cycle.
Targeted at start-ups that sell through their own website or online marketplaces, such as eBay or Amazon, fees are based on the volume of goods stored and distributed.
Small business owners book their products in for warehousing through Parcel Monkey’s website, before arvato uses it’s stock and order management expertise to handle that business’ stock and distribution.
Nav Ramiah, MD of Parcel Monkey, said: “Flexibility is key for start-ups, who need to balance limited budgets and resources carefully, while ensuring their customers get the very best service.
“We are able to jointly develop a truly innovative solution, which fits perfectly with the needs of our fast-growing customers.”For more information on starting an Amazon marketplace business, read our guide
