I'm looking to sell a "Box" (sorry to be vague) - which will be for display purposes only.

This box will contain a variety of different things, one will contain a chocolate bar, one will contain a single cigarette, one will contain a 50ml bottle of vodka.

I have 2 questions.

1. If i want to use a cadburys / smirnoff / branded product, do i need to seek their permission for me to be able to sell it within my product? I won't be using their name it will just be known as "Box with a chocolate bar in it" - but it will clearly be a cadbury's bar of chocolate

2. I know you need a licence to sell alcohol and tabacco - however - if i am selling this in such small volumes, and the product itself is intended for display purposes only - do the same laws apply? or is there some kind of lower threshold that means you are exempt?
