Like your banner, and its methods. The only thing I found with it was that I was squinting to read the green writing, might to be me and my computer - but if not I would suggest making it a little darker.

It's OK, takes to long for my liking, most people would have clicked away by the time the ball had moved to the second column.

As always the proof is in the pudding, make sure you do your A/B testing and find out if it drives more signups than before you had it.
