Not to be too cynical here are my points:-

What market research have you done and who is your target audience? Will you be going to business estates? Sitting in the high street?

In what area are you doing this and what competition will you have? How is your service going to be better than a Chinese restaurant? My local one does a lunch time special all you can eat for £6.95 how will you compete if someone is offering service similar?

What experience do you have with Chinese food? the preparation? Food Safety certificates?

How are you going to sustain your business model and what is your business model?

The information you have given has been very vague and your asking questions that are more important for you to research for example price.

If this is something your serious about then I think you need to answer some of my above points then people can advise you.
