I live in Surrey, started my own business at 24 and sold it 25 years later. Since then I have helped 14 start ups with funds and advice and been a mentor for many more through the Prince's Trust.
Just sold a business to it's management and keen to find some more people to help. SW London, Surrey, Hants based would be ideal. Up to £100,000 to invest and time to help. Send be a brief outline of your business and I will reply promptly.

Michelle
You are too far away for me to be able to help and frankly I do not have any interest in this sector.
Good luck and I hope you will be able to realise your vision...you will if you believe in it enough. KD

Hi,
I am looking to get involved in a rental property. With the right property, renting to a student market could cover the morgage, and as a result the property could be owned by us within a number of years, consequently a huge profit could be made.
I'm sure, with your credentials you can see what a great opportunity this is.
I live in Nottingham and know there are a great number of opportunities here for this sort of project.
If you could contact me at jim.patterson@hotmail.com we could discuss in more detail and hopefully come to an agreement.
Many thanks,
Jim patterson

Hi
We are looking for investment, we being a team of two founders and two
for-equity partners one being an IP lawyer.
We are an (initially) web based, global-license-potential, highly innovative, IP protected, interactive xxxxxxx platform that user beta-testing has returned outstanding, above market average, sustained results even much higher than 'leading in the field website' averages.
Websites in this market have sold for phenomenal amounts and we have the USP of this protected innovation with the said provable outstanding reseults hence the potential for ROI is tremendous.
If you think you might be interested to know more please contact me at
Standingontheshouldersofgiants@digitalbuzz.com
This email is nothing to do with the business in fact was created especially for posting on Startups but I would want to continue to communicate through this or a personal / business email for now rather than discuss confidential info in public.
Would love to meet if we reach that stage of discussions, we are prepared to travel to you initially for your convenience.
Looking forward to your reply thank you for your time taken to read this
kind regards Dee

Hi,
We are an early stage Tech company registered in London and working on the next big thing on the online retailing.
100K funding for 10% equity would pave the way to bring this concept to the market and reach the break-even within next 12 months.
We've identified few niches including retail, travel & leisure, appointment setting, fund raising as core business domains to be covered. With the right funding we can make it a 50 mil GBP company within next 4 years and can generate at least 50 direct job opportunities to young graduates across UK.
Indirectly millions of work from home moms will get benefited so does the people seeking second income line.
If this attracts you, e in touch with me at chathura.j.bandara AT gmail.com for more information.
Thanks,
Best regards,
CJ
