You've selected a real challenge, haven't you?
I'd like to understand your set up. I have vast knowledge in the Contact Centre sector.
Do you intend to conduct Inbound and Outbound Campaigns?
If you are focusing on Outbound Campaigns will you be using a predictive dialling application?
How many work stations does your contact centre host?
Information - What CRM application are you utilising?
Data protection - Can you assure your clients you can protect their data?
Maybe you should Private Message me with your Business Plan. This will inform me if you've conducted the relevant research - understanding your knowledge on outsourcing and what your competitors are doing etc.

Hi
Thanks for your reply.
I will be offering consultancy services to call centres in India and Philippines.
I would be studying the profile of prospective clients and whether they have the facilities required for conducting campaigns and running the processes as desired by the clients.
It needs to be noted that not all the clients would have the set up required for Inbound campaigns so we would need to adapt the horses for cources method in allocating these campaigns and processes.
I already have few profiles of clients in India and they are already running campaigns so it should not be too much work to start work in these centres.
I would be highly intersted in your services for business development, if of course you would want to work with us.
Thanks!

Do you have a website? How about trying telemarketing or mail campaigns to gain leads? Run introductory offers or offers for client referrals.

Hi Mel
Apologies for replying late.
At present we don't have a website, but we are planning to set one up real soon.
I am open to telemarketing and mail campaigns.
Any pointers and advice would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Muz

Muz,
Are you specifically aiming to obtain UK clients for call centres in India and Philippines?
Past reports that I have observed have not bee favourable towards overseas call centres; data protection is one of the major concerns. If you have centres within your designated locations who can actually produce official evidence that there will be no misrepresentation of data accumulated or given in good faith then this would obviously stand you in good stead.
I understand that cost is another factor outsourcing overseas; hence personally I would really deal with organisations who are registered ISO 9001 this will give potential clients more peace of mind as to qualify for ISO 9001 data protection is a primary requirement.
In my experience I have dealt with organisations overseas who have delivered me official documentation - but from conducting due-diligence have later found out to be fraudulent documents.
You do have to play devils advocate and play caution to the wind; remember if you are the front man - it is your reputation that will be burnt too.
In your earlier post you offered me a position, I would be open to discuss this further. And if we are on a level playing field then there could be scope to move forward.
I hope the above gives you further insight.
Have a great day.
Br,
Martin
